The non-contact power-cut magnetic sustaining commutation controling unit uses a set of three phase full-controlled bridge silicon controlled power module components to change three-phase AC380V 50HZ voltage into DC voltage to provide positive excitation current for lifting electromagnet.At the same time,using the components to feedback remained energy on electromagnetic after releasing to the Power Grid; and using another group of two phase full-controlled bridge silicon controlled power module components to transform three-phase AC380V 50HZ voltage into DC voltage to provide reverse degaussing current for lifting electromagnet.
The working state of the system, timing sequence anological control are controlled by the micro digital controller.When lifting material,if power cut,defaul phase,and main rectifier malfunction,power detector will automatic release to make the standby power automatic feed-in electromagnet.The equipment send out lightning alarm prompting the user to put down the lifted material within the battery magnetic-sustaining time, to ensure safety.
The charging part of the equipment adopts automatic charging device.Equalizing charge and floating charge is automatic switchover.Overvoltage and overcurrent is automatic detection,and automatic control charging.lf encounters power failure,default phase,and main rectifier malfunction,standby power automatic input. At the same time, the standby power input indicator light inside the meter box is "ON", and send out sound-light alarm.The user can use the standby power to control crane's hoisting brake to let it land the hanging billets and ingots on ground safety.
