Self-Discharging Type Electric Magnetic Separator
Introduction:
RCDD series electric separator is used to clean metal tramp iron, such as nails, bolts, staples and metal debris, from non-magnetic metarials in conveyor system, to protect conveyor, crusher, hammer mill and other process equipment downstream from damage.
It is suspended crossly over the belt conveyor, with rectification control equipment to rectify AC into DC, supplying power for the coil to generate a suitable magnetic field, and capture ferrous impurities. Capture and discharge of magnetic impurities are operated by the control equipment, no need manual operation.
Features:
-Half sphere shaped magnetic field;
-Long-term working shift;
-Unload tramp iron into the tramp iron box;
-Moving conveyor for unloading
-There are electromagnetic type RCDD series and permagnent magnetic type RCYD type (made of ferrite magnet or rare earth magnet neodymium iron boron).
Application:
1) Remove tramp iron from thick material layers and larger particles of mineral ores, coal, coke and limestone for purification of product or ingredient
2) Protect processing equipment such as crushers, pulverizers, conveyors, belts, screens, etc.
3) Recovery of steel from steelworks slag.
