Electromagnet for Transporting Billets
Description:
1. Electro Lifting Magnet is suitable for transporting Steel Billets & H Steel,steel ingot, large blooming billet, profiled bar etc. Different magnetic circuits are designed according to different kinds of steel products. The series of products include double-steel, blooming billet, girder billet. The electromagnet is used for lifting coiled wire stock(coiled bar).
2. The magnetic pole structure is suitable for coiled bars with different diameter, the difference of electromagnets depend on the length of coiled bars. Product can lift multiple bars along the direction of electromagnet; Use several electromagnets at once, and assemble and install easily.
3. Different magnetic circuits are designed according to different kinds of steel products.
4. General Parameter:
Duty Cycle: 60%-80%
Conductor Coil: Aluminum or Copper
