Electro Magnet Lifter for Handling Steel Ingots
Introduction:
Magnet lifter is used for lifting and transporting iron scraps, ingots, steel chips, slabs, steel plates and steel sheets. We have both types that are suitable for installing with excavator and crane; And we also have electro lifting magnet that can be submerged under water. The electro lifting magnet can be used at very high temperature and normal temperature.
There are 3 types available
1)MW5-180L/1 -- Normal Temperature / Excavator
2)MW5-180L/2 -- High Temperature
3)MW5-180L/QS -- Diving type
Features:
1. Special heat-resistance treatment, Class C
2. Both welded and casted structure
3. Coil is not easy to be broken down
4. The coil is made of aluminum wire and qualified insulation materials.
5. The special heat-resistance treatment is done so that scraps below 650° C is capable of lifting.
6. Mica is used inside as the insulator.
7. Both normal and high temperature model are available.
8. Duty 60% and 75%
