Lifting Magnet Description:
I. Double T-Beam Lifting Electro manget MW22 Series for lifting double T-beam, large blooming billet, steel ingot, profiled bar and so on. Different magnetic circuits are designed according to different kinds of steel products.
II. Including below types:
For lifting and transporting Double T-Steel.
For lifting and transporting blooming billet and girder billet(normal & high temperature model available)
For lifting and transporting high speed wire rod(coiled bar) as MW22-54, MW22-72, MW22-60A, MW22-60B Series.
** MW22-54: Suitable to lift several coils of coiled bar in direction of length at a time. Coiled bar height & low difference in value ≤ 20mm
** MW22-72: Coiled bar height&low difference in value ≤ 50mm
** MW22-60A: Coiled bar height&low difference in value ≤ 80mm
(Need to put in order during car loading)
** MW22-60B: Coiled bar height&low difference in value ≤ 100mm
(Don't need to put in order during car loading)
Lifting Electro Manget MW22 Series features:
1. High lifting efficiecncy and deep permeability.
2. Several billets can be lifted every time.
3. Number of billets can be controlled by the Rectification Control Cabinet.
4. Conductor Coil: Aluminum or Copper.
