Lifting Electromagnet for Steel Band Rolls

Introduction:

Lifting Magnet Series MW16 is suitable for attracting and lifting steel band roll. The products are divided into vertical lifting & transporting type, horizontal lifting & transporting type and general type(which can lift & transport both vertically and horizontally). The high-temperature special electromagnet is specially used for new anncaled technological process of rollplate. It can work high temperature of 100-600ºC, and lift & transport band roll vertically or horizontally.

--Vertical lifting & transporting type: The electromagnet attracts and holds the end face of band roll. It is suitable for lifting and transporting packed or unpacked band roll.
--Horizontal lifting & transporting type: The electromagnet attracts and holds the side face of band roll. The band roll must be packed.

Main Features:

--Adopt totally sealing structure with good property of moisture-proofing.
--Majorized design by computer with reasonable structure, light dead-weight, strong attraction force and low energy consumption.
--The energizing coils are processed by special technology to improve the electrical property and mechanical property. Heat-resistant grade of insulating material reaches grade C with long service life.
--Rated power-on sustaining rate of normal type electromagnet is increased from 50% to 60%,which improves the efficiency of the electromagnet.
--High temperature type electromagnet adopts unique method of heat protection, the temperature of the attached materials is increased from 600 °C to 700 °C, which expands application range of the electromagnet.
--Simple and convenient installation, operation and maintenance.
